Welcome to my personal website! I’m Andrew Motyka, and this space is where I document my ongoing fitness journey, share my love for staying active, and explore the challenges and rewards of living a healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s hot yoga, CrossFit, tennis, or boxing, I’m all about pushing my physical limits and continuing to grow both mentally and physically.
Fitness has always been part of my life, but over the past year, I’ve really gotten serious about my transformation. In 2023, I worked hard to lose weight, going from 209 lbs to 184 lbs, laying a strong foundation. Now in 2024, it’s all about taking things even further—building more strength and pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible. From CrossFit to hot yoga and keeping sharp with boxing, I’m constantly challenging myself to reach new heights. My goal is to inspire others to find their own path to wellness while I continue to elevate mine.
You’ll also find some other random things pop up from time to time—whether it’s video games or just something fun I’m enjoying outside of fitness. I believe in keeping things balanced, and this space reflects that balance in every way. Here, you’ll find my reflections on fitness, personal growth, and the adventures that keep me moving forward.
