Here’s a look at how I stay active and what keeps me going:

Tennis
Tennis is more than just a sport for me—it’s a way to stay fit, challenge myself, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether I’m playing a serious match or having a casual game with friends, tennis keeps me sharp and on my toes, and it’s a consistent part of my fitness routine.

Boxing
Boxing has always been a great way for me to stay in shape and build both strength and mental discipline. The intensity of boxing is unmatched, and it continues to be one of my favorite ways to stay strong and agile. It’s all about technique, focus, and pushing yourself to the limit.

Yoga
Yoga, especially hot yoga, is a regular part of my routine that helps keep my body flexible and my mind centered. Running

CrossFit
CrossFit has become a huge part of my fitness routine, pushing me in ways I hadn’t imagined before. It’s all about high-intensity strength and conditioning, and I’ve enjoyed every challenge it brings. The varied workouts keep things interesting, and I’m always striving to get stronger, faster, and more agile.

Cycling
