This week, I’m focusing more on hot yoga, taking it lighter with CrossFit except for a personal training session, and mixing in some tennis for fun. I’ve also got a massage scheduled to help with recovery and keep things balanced. It’s all about staying active while giving myself room to recharge and stay in my flow.

My First Hot Yoga Experience: Challenging, Sweaty, and Totally Worth It!

I tried hot yoga for the first time in an All Levels Flow class. The room was heated to 90°F, which helped me stretch deeper and work harder. After a great first experience, I upgraded to a 21-day pass. Looking forward to more sessions and challenging myself further with this awesome practice!
