I’ve also got a massage scheduled to help with recovery and keep things balanced. It’s all about staying active while giving myself room to recharge and stay in my flow.
Continue reading →I tried hot yoga for the first time in an All Levels Flow class. The room was heated to 90°F, which helped me stretch deeper and work harder. After a great first experience, I upgraded to a 21-day pass. Looking forward to more sessions and challenging myself further with this awesome practice!
